HOLI BLEED INK is a Non Toxic ink and Eco Friendly Ink that can be Screen Printed and naturally Air dried, the ink bleed on splashing of water on it. Print will be visible as Black but when water is splashed on the print, the inks bleeds on respective colour printed. Above photo will give you more understanding.
